What is Bill Anniversary Date?


Your Bill Anniversary Date is the date you first signed up on our CloudPBX service. Your monthly bill cycle is based on this day.

For example, if you signed up on the 20 March, then the 20th of each subsequent month will be your Bill Anniversary Date.

You are able to check your Invoice/Statements and Receipts. Here is the Quick Guide for it:


  1. Log into your account.

  2. Select Billing > Billing History.

  3. Access Invoice/Statements and Receipts.

  4. On Actions, download the Invoice/Statements and/or Receipts pdf or access it on the browser.
