Number Available Settings

There are a lot of features you can customize for every phone and fax number. The available settings are presented on the Switchboard. To access the features for each category, simply click on the icon.

Phone numbers

The available features for phone numbers are:

• Profile

• Inbound

• Outbound

• Advanced

• Preferences

• Media

• Voicemail

Fax numbers

The available features for fax numbers are:

• Profile

• Fax Settings

Each of the features, for both phone and fax numbers, can be customized per individual number, or settings can be applied to all numbers through the Bulk Edit feature.
