Accessing Voicemail from a Polycom handset
If you have a provisioned Polycom handset, Voicemails can be retrieved by selecting the “Messages” button on your handset.
Select the Messages key.
Select 1 “New Messages” THEN;
Previous message.
Repeat.
Play the next message.
Delete.
Forward.
SAVE.
On the VVX300, “Messages” is a physical button adjacent to the 7 key.
