We’re excited to introduce the all-new 2talk App for iOS and Android. Whether you’ve been with 2talk for years or you’re just looking for a reliable, no-nonsense VoIP phone, this app is designed to make your calling experience smoother, clearer, and more enjoyable.

What you’ll find inside the new 2talk App

Activities – A clear and complete call log

The Activity tab provides a unified view of all your communication history.

You will find:

• All calls and voicemails listed chronologically, with the most recent at the top.

• Duration displayed directly in the list for quick reference.

• Separate tabs at the top to filter between All Items, Calls, and Voicemail.

Tapping any entry opens a detailed view that includes:

• From / To numbers

• Call direction (Outgoing, Incoming, or Missed)

• Precise start time and duration

• Recording status (Yes/No, when applicable)

• Quick-action buttons to return the call, send a message, play the recording, or share it via text/email

All records are stored securely and remain synchronized across your devices through your 2talk account, ensuring you always have immediate access to your complete call and voicemail history.

Chat – SMS messaging, fully integrated

The Chat tab is your central place for text messaging.

• Personal: All SMS sent and received using your main 2talk number appear here.

• Shared: Messages sent to or from any additional 2talk numbers that have SMS sharing enabled will appear in this separate tab. This is ideal for teams or users managing multiple numbers from a single device.

If SMS is not yet enabled on your account, contact our team to activate it. Once enabled, you can send and receive messages directly from the app, with full conversation history and delivery receipts.

Contacts – Fast access to your phone’s address book

The Contacts tab displays the contacts stored on your iPhone. The app does not maintain a separate contact list; it reads directly from your device’s native contacts for immediate synchronization and maximum convenience.

• Switch between All Contacts and Favorites with one tap.

• A quick-search bar lets you find any contact instantly.

• Tap any contact to call or send an SMS with your 2talk number – no copying and pasting required.

Because contacts are pulled from your phone, any update you make in the iOS Contacts app is reflected immediately in 2talk.

Dial-pad – Simple and always ready

• The Dial-pad tab gives you an instant, full-screen numeric keypad.

• Your active 2talk caller ID is clearly shown at the top (e.g., 14243918996).

• Note: You can switch between the number assigned to your user in the number on top of the dial pad.

Settings – Everything under control

The Settings tab provides clear and direct access to all essential options:

• Numbers – List of all your 2talk numbers; tap to select the default number used for outgoing calls and messages.

• Language – Change the app interface language instantly.

• Permissions – Direct links to iOS permission settings (microphone, notifications, contacts, etc.).

• Subscriptions – View and manage your Apple App Store subscriptions related to the 2talk app.

• Voicemail – Quick access to listen to and manage your voicemail messages.

• Version – Current app version plus a one-tap Device Info panel (device model, iOS/Android version, app build, and timestamp). Use Share with support to send complete diagnostic details instantly when needed.

• Logout – Sign out of the app securely.
