To activate and edit the settings of the Spam AI feature, follow these steps

1. Select Switchboard | Select number.

2. Select Inbound > Spam AI

3. Enable both switches of the Spam AI feature. 

   
   

Spam AI Whitelist

Add specific numbers to this list to ensure they are always allowed to contact you, bypassing any spam filters or rejection settings.

Anonymous Calls

Enabling this option will allow anonymous calls to pass through the Spam AI feature.

Blacklist Numbers

Add specific numbers to this list to block them from contacting you, in addition to numbers automatically identified and blocked by the Spam AI feature.

Click Save to update settings.
