What is Console?

Console is a tool that shows all the lines on your account and whether or not they are logged in and active on your account.

Quick Guide for checking the lines on Console:

1. Tap Settings > Console.

2. All on-line lines will be shown.

3. To view only numbers that are logged out to the reception console, simply tap on the On-line checkbox on the upper right corner of the page.

This will show you if a number is available (green), or if is unavailable (black).

You are allowed to make an outbound call just by tapping on the line.

Quick Guide for making a call throughout Console:

1. Log into the App.

2. Tap Settings > Console.

3. Tap on the Line you wish to call.
