Polycom Factory Reset

From time to time you may have to reset the phone completely. These instructions should help you with that, otherwise please refer to the manufacturer's own instructions for your specific model phone.

• Select the Home button on the right side of the phone.

• Select > Settings > 2. Advanced > (Enter Password) 1. Administration Settings > 5. Reset to defaults 5. Reset to factory.

Note: There is no Factory reset via the phone's web interface.
