Grandstream – Configuring your phone

Quick Guide to Grandstream 

In addition to the Grandstream ATA 80x we now support Grandstreams latest GRP handsets via our device provisioning. 

• Retrieve the phones IP address > select the Settings button (highlighted below)

• Status | Network Status | Ethernet | IPV4 address 

• Advanced settings: in browser type http:/<address>  to access web admin mode.

1. General Setting

• Activate Account: Enable

• Account Name: Can phone and owner name (eg Sally)

• SIP user ID: Phone number

• SIP Auth ID: Phone number

• SIP server: call.sipcity.com.au 

2. SIP setting (tab) 

• SIP Registration: Enable

• Subscribe Exp: 60 

• SIP Transport: TLS 

• Local SIP port: 5061
