Last Number Redial

Use the last number redial when you are on a call with a customer and the line drops, or you have finished the call and want to quickly call them back *66 will redial the number you last called.

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Select Switchboard.
  3. Select the number you want to set up Last Number Redial
  4. Select Outbound.
  5. Open the Last Number Redial.
  6. Click to Enable the option to redial the last number you called.
