Account Notification Settings

Our Account notification feature helps you keep on top of your account balances with a variety of low account credit notifications. Customize your individual thresholds such as minutes remaining, dollars remaining.

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click on Billing and the subheadingĀ Manage Billing.
  3. Click on Payment Settings.
  4. Enable the option "Send me an email when my balance falls below a set amount".
  5. Add Notification threshold amount- when your account drops below this amount you will be sent an email notifying you. If you leave it at $0.00 your threshold has no limit.
  6. Click Save to update settings.
