Our Account notification feature helps you keep on top of your account balances with a variety of low account credit notifications. Customize your individual thresholds such as minutes remaining, dollars remaining.
- Log into your account.
- Click on Billing and the subheading Manage Billing.
- Click on Payment Settings.
- Enable the option "Send me an email when my balance falls below a set amount".
- Add Notification threshold amount- when your account drops below this amount you will be sent an email notifying you. If you leave it at $0.00 your threshold has no limit.
- Click Save to update settings.
